At Baker Hughes, a multinational energy technology and oilfield services company, she developed extensive experience collaborating with global teams across Norway, Australia, Nigeria, the United States, India, the United Kingdom, and the Asia Pacific region. This international exposure equipped her with the ability to navigate diverse business cultures, communication styles, and operational approaches across multiple continents.

Gauri's understanding of Indian agriculture stems from practical insight into the sector's challenges and opportunities. Her father, a Senior Professor specializing in Horticulture at Shri Shivaji Agriculture College, Maharashtra, India, provided her with early exposure to agricultural science and the academic study of farming practices.
